Food was delicious and service was outstanding. Samosas were bite-sized, very well seasoned. Sll sauces were delicious too. Specially recommend the Malai Koftas. The restaurant is near and clean, the staff very helpful and friendly.
I was recently in London. Where there is a plethora of Indian restaurants. If I am dining out, Indian is usually my first choice. I have been to a ton of Indian restaurants. I would put the Delhi Diner on the world stage it's that good. Great service, a beautiful setting and fabulous food. It's always consistent. Definitely worth a try.
overall a big fan of raj. i've been ordering here a while and have really enjoyed getting to have this food. i've experienced some inconsistencies in food taste, not always for the best BUT that was in 2020. since 2021 i've had great experiences here.
The food has been great but even better is the hospitality we receive from Tulasi. We have been going regularly now and have noticed the quality has been consistently good.
Oof. I do love the quality of the food at this amazing restaurant. Today I ordered tandoori chicken. For $17 or was it $18. In my pick up order, I received two chicken wing drums and a thigh cut into two. The flavor was so beautiful. I was really confused about the portion size and I called them. They explained to me that the chicken drumstick was part of the leg which was in the description the order Honestly, I don't agree. The food tasted so good but the portion size was so sad. It was enough for one person maybe. Maybe and for the price I'm so sad I won't order that again or probably won't be coming back. I'm actually really bummed out because I was so excited about finding an amazing Indian place close by and then... I know food is expensive. I know you can't order out or pick up or eat in anymore, but this wasn't cool. Not even a little.
My husband and I tried this after a long day of meetings when I wanted some comfort food a.k.a. Dosas. The atmosphere was nice. There were some tables put together for a large group and it was nice to see so many people enjoying a meal together. I really love that the dosas are listed as gluten free, since you never really know if they add other stuff unless they write it out. They are served on a lovely green leaf shaped plate, cut in half. For some reason I really love a dosa arriving in its full and luxurious form extending beyond what any plate can hold. It's part of the experience for me. The flavor of the masala dosa was wonderful. I was less impressed with the chicken. Also, there was a weird small piece of some inorganic object in there, which was easy to get out and didn't affect the flavor. Still puts a bit of a damper on a meal. The staff were very attentive and the food came very quickly. All in all a good experience.
We are back. Once again ... the tables were clean and well set, superior quality original foods, fresh ingredients, and gracious staff. The place was busy so I think reservations would be a good idea but walk-ins during non-peak times are fine. There was 3 of us dining. Talasi was our amazing server. And he speaks fluently in English and Japanese as well as his native Indian dialect. It was fun to share speaking in different tongues. Also a very nice young lady helped. We ordered 3 styles of different proteins Tofu, Shrimp, and chicken.. You may request Halal, vegan, or regular proteins. We ordered the incredible garlic Naan bread, rice, and I ate the Butter Chicken. We shared as usual. Deeeelish. Everything I have ever eat from here is so complex and tasty. Highly recommended and the service was amazing.
